Update on Australia Post Deliveries

We are currently seeing delays in deliveries with Australia Post

If you need your wine urgently, please select the express post quote option on check out. We will then email you back within 48 hours with an express shipping quote and we can go from there.

Rest assured that we will send your parcel as soon as possible from our end, however Australia Post is quoting the below delivery delay times.

Please see delivery delay details below:

NSW:

• Normal delivery time – 6 working days
• Delayed delivery time – 11 working days

VIC:

• Normal delivery time – 7 working days
• Delayed delivery time – 12 working days

ACT:

• Normal delivery time – 6 working days
• Delayed delivery time – 9 working days

QLD:

• Normal delivery time – 5 working days
• Delayed delivery time – 6 working days

NT:

• Normal delivery time – 6 working days
• Delayed delivery time – 11 working days

WA:

• Normal delivery time – 6 working days
• Delayed delivery time – 8 working days

TAS:

• Normal delivery time – 7 working days
• Delayed delivery time – 11 working days

What we are doing to ensure your parcel arrives quickly and efficiently:

• We are implementing an option to Express Post* on check out. In this case please select the option for a quote for express shipping on checkout and we will email you with a quote to ship your wine express.
• We have booked extra pick ups from Australia Post throughout the week to reduce any possible delay on our end for dispatch.
• We have implemented and double and triple check of addresses to minimise any mistakes with parcel deliveries.
